We booked two rooms and both were very roomy and clean. The hotel employees were very helpful and the breakfast each morning was great!

Comfortable appartment, clean, and spacious. Car parking close by.
Plug for the microwave was not fitting, only 1 spoon in an apt for 4 people. If I recall well, in the description it is said that the parking is in the same building, which is not true. It is a 1 block distance in the Best Western Hotel (apartments seem to belong to Best Western cause you do your check in-out in BW). It is not dramatic, but little bit misleading. Considering the lack of parking availability in the street it still remains a positive point to have one close by.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The spacious apartment was beautifully furnished and well-maintained, with modern fixtures and fittings. The attention to detail was evident, from the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location near a charming square with a gorgeous church added to the overall appeal.
No major issues, everything was fine.

The apartment is actually in a building across the road from the hotel. Loads of space, excellent bed and large bathroom and kitchen. Also has a bidet, hairdryer, towels, soap and kitchen utensils. Plenty of wardrobes for storage space and a washing machine down stairs.
Using the phone to dial out was impossible!

From the Residence, which is in a typical Italian suburb of Trieste, you could easily travel in and out of the centre of Trieste on the buses (which were very regular and cheap). There was an array of local shops and bars also, which made the stay even more pleasant. There was a buffet continental breakfast in the main hotel which was good value for 5Euro'S.

Had a great Xmas stay at this cute apartment hotel! the breakfast was delicious with lots of options for a vegetarian like me. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the nearby square was charming in the evenings with locals enjoying dinner and drinks. the free parking was also a bonus.
the wall between the bedroom and living room had a hole, which made it less than ideal when traveling with children.

The city transportion to the centre was very convenient from the hotel. Very close to Vatican, too.
The sound insulation was poor. I would hear loud telephone ringing at nights and early mornings.
